Michele rejoined us in 2021. She provides a support role to our Mortgage Operations Manager and is a key point of contact for our customers during the application process and throughout the term of the loan.

Michele worked for 14 years as a Mortgage Adviser and holds a Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) and Certificate of Regulated Equity Release (CeRER).
