- Checks - ID verification, credit, anti-money laundering & property ownership
- Loan illustration pack issued to client followed by main agreement pack
- Application lodged with HM Land Registry to register our charge
- Disbursal of funds
Live accounts
- Receive & process regular payments & lump sum overpayment
- Manage ongoing client relationship including those experiencing difficulties
- Issue annual statements
- Dealing with settlement requests & removal of charge
