Jim is a commercial property expert and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, he previously worked for a number of London based firms before opening his own business Culverwell Consulting in 1995.

Jim specialises in advising businesses (including charities), so that they get the right premises for their business, on the right commercial lease terms.
