Sandeep Sesodia

Chief Executive Officer

Sandeep joined as CEO in June 2022. Sandeep is an experienced professional with a background in Corporate Banking, he has a proven track record in new business development and relationship management. Sandeep volunteers to mentor students through The Careers & Enterprise Company (Solent LEP); he is a Governor at Highcliffe School, and he is President of Highcliffe Rotary Club.

Nick Webb

Mortgage Operations Manager

Nick has been with the organisation since 2005 and has many years of experience working in the financial services sector. He has a Diploma in Financial Planning which includes certificates in Financial Planning and Lifetime Mortgage Activities, Mortgage Advice and Equity Release. Nick works closely with our loan applicants carrying out detailed financial assessments and he is also the main point of contact for our local authority partners in Hampshire, Surrey & Sussex.

Kim Higgs

Group Administrator

Kim has been with the organisation since 2008 and supports the lending team, CEO and Directors. Kim has a degree in sociology and successfully passed the Certificate in Mortgage Advice andPractice (CeMAP) to Level 2 as she recognised having a good understanding of the work involved in the assessment process would help her support the team and our customers.

Michele Leigh

New Business Administrator

Michele rejoined us in 2021. She provides a support role to our Mortgage Operations Manager and is a key point of contact for our customers during the application process and throughout the term of the loan. Michele worked for 14 years as a Mortgage Adviser and holds a Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) and Certificate of Regulated Equity Release (CeRER).

Emily Varney

Administration Assistant

Emily recently joined the team as our Administration Assistant, she brings to the role a number of years’ experience providing customer support. Emily supports the Group Administrator and the rest of the team in a number of areas from logging customer enquiries to regularly updating stats that are used to present information to colleagues and the Board of Directors.
